The landscape of the world is rapidly changing with focus on climate change and sustainability (environmental and social) on one side and huge changes in data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and technological upgradations on the other side. The increasing focus on environment and social sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation mandate leaders to emerge as global changemakers. We recognize that senior government functionaries face complex issues cutting across functional categories that necessitate a relook at their strategies, objectives, and operations. Conducted in partnership with ESCP, Paris (World’s Oldest Management School), the course is designed to strengthen the management and leadership skills on one side while also equipping the participants with awareness of technical upgradation taking place on a global level and the way the global leaders are transforming themselves to bring about a transformation.
