NATUKULA MOUNIKA is currently working as a Research Associate. She is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Osmania University. She qualified GATE in 2020 and gained her Master’s Degree in Planning with a specialization in Environmental Planning and Management from School of Planning and Architecture.

Presently she is working on a Project in collaboration with NITI AYOG, “Study on preparedness of States and UTs for faster adoption of Land Value Capturing and Sharing (LVC & S) Mechanisms”. Her responsibilities are to coordinate with state nodal officers and consolidate answers to the survey questionnaire, support in analysing the data received, visit selected state offices to fill up questionnaire, participate in the meetings, support in preparation of draft report and other related works.

Her specialization includes Area appreciation, Land Use Mapping, site planning, city planning, Urban Environmental Planning, Regional Environmental Planning. Her dissertation is “Planning for Conservation of Urban Ameenpur Lake, Hyderabad Metropolitan City, Telangana State, India”.

Ms Ayushi Banerjee is currently working as a Research Associate at the Centre for management of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R & R). She has done her Master’s degree in Women’s Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad, and her Bachelor’s in Political Science from Presidency University, Kolkata.

At the centre, she works on editing and compilation of courseware for the several capacity building programs that are conducted. Her responsibilities also include handling the logistics and coordinating with the attendees and resource persons for the programs and conduct team building sessions as well. As a gender studies graduate, she takes sessions on the importance of incorporating gender sensitive planning in development projects.

In her capacity as a research associate, she is also a part of the studies conducted by the centre by providing support to the projects through secondary research, data collection and report writing. Her core research interests include gender and development, intersectionality and human rights.
